This is pretty hard to answer without knowing your daughter's age, also on what grounds the aunt got guardianship (that would be very unusual in this country), and I guess it would be helpful to know whether you have other children and finally how your husband feels about this ?

Your daughter may be living with her aunt but that doesn't mean that you have "lost" her. You could though, if you don't handle this fairly carefully. I would probably (depending on the answers to the above questions) let it ride for a while, make sure that you keep YOUR relationship with your daughter sound and give some thought as to why your daughter can't get along with your husband.

Good luck.

it is hard if your daughter loves your aunt more than you then it is hard for you to separate them especially if she has raised her it will devastate your daughters life think before you take any step try living together with them you have to tell me the whole story how old your daughter is how long is she been living with her aunt and so on you just told us partially your story
