My son and new husband didn't get along either so he moved out to his grandfather, this hurt me as it was just him and I for at least 8 years (his father left us) so I know what your feeling. I let him know I loved him, when ready your room is there, stay all holidays and to wright and or ring me anytime, as I felt if I pushed the relationship between him and new husband I may loose him completely. He did come home but only for a little while as he joined the Navy. He was 18 then and he is now 30 married 2 children and he and my husband get along great, they just could not live under the same roof and I had to let him go. It saved us.
maybe you can do the same accept her decision to move out but let her know that the door is open when she is ready .

you cant make someone like someone else. Eventually your daughter will grow up and relize that your happier with the guy your with now and think about how you feel about it. shes probably not over the divorce and cant believe that you are. just give her some time. but do NOT try and make them get along

go away on a vacation, leave them together with very little money you'll be surprised how well they'll get along. that is what my aunt normally did when i wasn't getting along with my cousin (her daughter).

communicate to both of them...they're probably just feeling insecure, try telling them you love them and you can't live without them.
