I met her whilst working away from home, and though we spent a lot of evenings, and the odd day out together, we did'nt have any sexual relationship. This was because I was, and still am married.I haven't been in contact with her for more than six months but still think of her every day. Am I going insane.

why are you having contact with another woman while you are working away. if you are married??? if you and your wife have hit a rough patch, then you will think about this woman if you had a little fun with her, but if you love your wife and still want to be married to her then leave well alone. Maybe you just liked the woman as a person, thats why you still think of her 6 months on???

NO you are not going in sane ,but don't do yourself like that man lets be real about how in the world would you let something that you have measured, tasted, went through up's and downs with mess with from one to another it's not for if it was it would be going down and if it was for you ,there would divorce planning in works for someone you don't really even love ,ask yourself also are you in love with your wife if not don't just make life hell for you and her because if thinking about a woman you can't have you are going to run somebody crazy soon, don't let this mantallity destroy your family REAL-TALK peace we are only men but let us not be no more nieve then we all ready are think about playa.

Nope, your not insane, it's the human condition. Been there, I never spent any "alone time" with the person. I think we just wonder about what could have been, or what might have been.

My gosh! You and I should have lunch! I'm in the same situation, only He is the one that's married(unhappily). Maybe you should contact her. There must be a reason that you can't stop thinking about her. Good luck!

your infatuation is what is leading you, all the would haves, and could haves, but if you do your home work, cheating relationships seldom work, because they were founded under non trust worthy conditions
