Similar thing happened with me...made love, had a normal period, 2 weeks later got my period again and it lasted 11 days...went to the doctor, tested positive...yes, bloated stomach and tender breasts.
More than likely you got pregnant in Sept...you will find out how far along you are when your doctor does an ultrasound or sonogram.

When I conceived my first child, I was on the pill and had my period for the first few months of pregnancy. I didn't find out until I was almost three months pregnant so it is possible. You should be feeling the baby move if you are that far along though. It should feel like butterflies or little flutters with an occasional bump or twitch. Short of an ultrasound or a blood titer, there is no way to know how far along you are just because of some bloating. Many women bloat early in pregnancy, I always feel like I'm eight months pregnant for two weeks in the second month. If there is any question. tell your doc and he will order an ultrasound.
Congrats

It could be possible, but it is probably more likely that you concieved in the month of November. Since you have not said whether you had sex before that time or not we can only go by the date of your last missed period which would be in december. That would probably put you due in late July or early Aug depending on when in November your last period was. Bloating is normal. I am 10 weeks and 5 days and still experience the bloating but the morning sickness ( except diapers and human excretions are smelled). Either way the doctors will let you know how far you are. Tell them your concerns and they may do an ultrasound to tell you how far along you are. I hope this helps.

You didn't get pregnant in september if you had 2 cycles after that...if you were 5 months you would be showing and feeling baby move and all.

Yes you may have bloating in early pregancy...it is water retention. You most likely got pregant about 14 days after your November period.

You don't need to worry about Sept being a possiblity for this baby...it didn't happen then...not if you had 2 periods since then.

Hugs and wishing you a happy & healthy nine months. If you are in a committed relationship now...keep it that way for the sake of the baby!

I got pregnant while on the b/c patch and had a period for the first two months. I was three months when I found out. I actually figured I was when I was hungry ALL The TIME! And my breast where very tender. Go to the doctor. You will need to start prenatal vitamins immediatly. The doc can tell you exactly how far along you are. A positive preg test is almost never wrong. Good Luck!

Ok, it is possible to get pregnant when you are on birth control pills. Yes, the early stages of pregnancy can feel like period bloating. Many women do not feel pregnancy symptoms until they are five months along. Don't freak out. An untrasound will give you a more accurate picture of how far a long you are if you are not really sure. Every pregnancy is different. Email me if you need to know anything else. snowangel_az@yahoo.com

My stomach definalty bloated (pms type) durring the first part of my pregnancy. It always seemed bigger in the evenings too for some reason.
As far as the B/C pills go, I wouldn't worry about it. Tons of women find out quite awhile after having taken the pill and things turn out just fine.
I think the best thing for your doctor to do is to get you in for an ultrasound to measure your baby and try and get some definate dates for you.
Also, it's normal for some women to feel all the symptoms in the world right off the bad but just as normal for women to not really have much of any symptoms until later in pregnancy when their babies are kicking their bladder and getting ready for some sort of olympic event.
Please don't borrow trouble and worry too much. Unless the doctor gives you something to really worry about, just try and enjoy your pregnancy.
Try and do what you can to get your doctor to perform an ultrasound so you'll at least know when you need to start getting that nursery ready and if you're really 5 months along, then you might even get to find out if you could paint it pink or blue.
Good luck Mama!! I'm sure you're going to be just fine.

Birth control is not 100% safe, though it has a high rate, so there is a small chance.

Bloating can be a sign of pregnancy, but it might be due to other things as well.

If you are unsure if you are pregnant or not, the best thing is to try either a at home test or visit a doctor, that's the only thing that will make you know for sure.

If you were on BC for over a year and took it RELIGIOUSLY, you probably didn't get preggers in Sept. As soon as you get preg you start swelling, especially if you have a small frame or are thin. I would recommend an ultrasound, that will tell you the estimated size/weight of bambino and doc will know how far along you are. Good luck and congrats!!

My stomach bloated very early. If your that worried aobut it ask your obgyn about getting an ultra sound to determine fetal age. I got one because my periods are always off so i had no clue how far along a actully was. The should be able to tell you with an ultra sound the fetal age. Good luck but i am pretty sure you should have nothing to worry aobut.
