I guess my song would be about a girl. A girl who came into my life unexpectedly four years ago, and is now the joy of my life. My Ex and I were having problems, so when she told me that she was pregnant, I said to myself, "Oh Sh*t!". but, we did the responsible thing and had her. She completely changed my life. I went from drinking and smoking pot all the time (and listening to the Beatles, ironically) to being a responsible adult. I had to stop hanging out with some of my good friends, because I was trying to be a better person and they were dragging me down. But, my real friends stayed my friends. Two years ago, my Ex decided that she didn't want to be a part of our happy little family anymore, so she met some guy and skipped out of town. And I couldn't have been happier. Now my daughter is four and we are just having the time of our life. Within a month of me and my ex breaking up (or rather, her leaving) I got a really good job promotion. Now I make more money on my own, than the two of us made together! I have a new car, I just bought a house. And to top it all off, I met this amazing woman who's more of a mother to my daughter than her real mom is. I guess John summed it up when he said, "All you need is Love...."

My life is wrapped around a 5 1/2 year old boy, and my husband of 20 1/2 years. We are kind of a non-traditional family - older parents, mom is breadwinner, etc - but we have a grand old time making our way through life. I think it would probably be country song material at least!
