"He's still black and she's still white" (?) You make that statement as if it actually means something. Why not?- is the better question. Genetics has shown that the concept of race is really nothing more than a social construct, we are all the same...human. You ask it as if to ask "why would a zebra date a lion?" What is your point, anyway? Why don't you come out and say what you want to say?

I find it a strange question as I live in europe. We dont look at color but at the person. We look at what kind of character a person has. Maybe you have to travel to europe to see what it really means to be a human.
Stay in your little world and dont think about what genes are running through your body. We would not want you to find out that your ancestors came from a different part of the world, like africa.
I pray the universe will send you your true love packed in black.

Racism!!!!! A man is a man and a woman is a woman, whether they be Black, White, or indifferent. If you see a person first, nothing else matters.

Because that is her personal preference. Everyone has the right to date who they please.

I'm not sure what you are implying by your question, but you seem to be saying a white women would be lowering her standards to date a black man? That is very wrong.

HTH : )

Why would a decent and good white woman be racist enough not to date a decent and good black man who likes her for who she is just because of the stereotypes attached to him for the color of his skin?

Maybe the black man is decent and good also?

EDIT - Yes mental midget, I know the man is black. I fail to see how that is relevant.

What are you racist? Arent we all humans so what should it matter if a woman date a man, unless ur gay that is. You make it sound as if black men, black people as a matter of fact are dogs and worst.
Im sorry for you, i dont even know what to tell you.

I think its because black men are more accepting of a woman who is not "perfect". White men can be really cruel.

Perhaps the woman in question is more interested in the character of the men she dates, and less interested in merely the color of their skin. Perhaps you could learn a valuable lesson from that.

Well I've heard if you go with black you won't go back.
So maybe the black have or know something a white guy don't.
(just some thoughts to ponder on:)
