I may be "not-a-mom", but hey, right now, I'm a stay-at-home dad having a new born baby. I tried this one; one small-sized scoop (for new-born formulae) is equivalent to 1 tsp; the larger is 1 tbsp.

horse_fre... said it best. Most bottles have the ounce markings on the side. Simply take small spoonfulls until you get the amount of formula you need. Also, if no markings, most cookbooks have a equivalent measurements chart. If not, type in cooking measurements in your search engine! Good Luck

Just measure it out inside the bottle, if you're making 4 oz of formula, just put a little bit under 2 oz into the bottle and fill with water until 4 oz. If your confused...i'm really sorry!
