The only 100% effective birth control is not to have sex.

There is no 100% birth control method on the market, and even the most effective brith control is not marketed as being 100% effective but 99.9% effective because there is always a chance (even with studies) that you can get pregnant.

"Of 100 women whose partners use condoms, about 15 will become pregnant during the first year of typical use.* Only two women will become pregnant with perfect use.** More protection against pregnancy is possible if condoms are used with a spermicide foam, cream, jelly, suppository, or film. "

The most effective 99.9% birth control is the IUD.

To be more effective you should use condoms with spermaside and a gel spermaside, they come in ready to use packs and sold at the pharmacy, by the condoms. In this day and age I would highly recommend using condoms, you never know what sexual diseases are out there, and contracting one will effective you for the rest of your life. Use the condoms with spermaside, and the get spermaside, to be on the safe side. Best Wishes and Have Fun!
