Wowee - thanks for that - brought back many happy teenage memories (used to be a rockabilly chick / teddy girl) when Stray Cats in UK charts.

I like 'em. Always have. I think I can remember when they were just a little local band playing clubs in the Houston area in the early '80's. That may be a false memory, though. Anyway, I know I used to dance to the "Stray Cat Strut" back then. I thought they had a lot of talent. Are they still around? I'd love to hear they're new stuff if they have any.

They were great but I think a little too early for the most recent swing craze where Brian Setzer took on an Ochestra about the same time as Big Bad Voodoo Daddy.

The Stray Cats were excellent for their time as they brought back the Rock-A-Billy sound and updated it. Brian Setzer, the lead vocalist, is very innovative and a great old rock/jazz player, but I am just not into that sound anymore

Struttingly good! Setzer's one of the most under-rated guitarists ever

I liked it. I almost didn't go there because it gets my nerves when people post links to stupid stuff..but that was pretty good.
