Yes. Most places have some sort of laws about inciting riots, disrupting the peace, etc. that they would use against you. At the very least, every shop in town would pass restraining orders against you to tell you to not come back. If you were attacked by a mob the police might not prosecute the people in the mob either.

People like you don't have a place in a populated area, anyway.

Oh, you are black? People would just feel sorry for you, like they do for anyone with brain damage.

A kid wore a kkk outfit for halloween at school and people had a field day and it was all over the news... you'd probably get jumped.

I suppose it depends where you wear it, if you are black then most folks would probably think your dressed as a wizard. Why would you want to dress in a kkk suit?

That depends on where you're going. Go to the wrong place and you might get your butt kicked. And the wrong place does not necessarily a blck neighborhood [keep that in mind]. Would that be trouble enough?

If you are happy going out to get serious injuries go ahead and do it., considering you even thinking of doing something like that you have no idea what the KKK stand for or what atrocities they have committed. Grow up!

Depends. Do you mean go to town on your outfit and make it really good? Or go to town on killing black people? Or just go to town to get something from Woolies?

You could be charged with inciting racial hatred in the UK, unless you can prove you were going to an ironic fancy dress party.

If they found out you were black you would either get lynched by whites or beaten to death by the police.
