Imagine reversing the scenario: if you stop paying your credit card bills for 3 months, would these (ahem) companies be gracious enough to let you off without harm?? No, they would sue your a*s*s.

Recently purchased some software, and the sales manager was prompt in returning phone calls and if he didn't hear from me he called at least once a month (it was a pretty major purchase and one that researched for about a year before the purchase). But guess what, even little questions take at least a week to have answered now!
