This Tattoo parlor is not located in Sacramento persay, but rather Roseville. It's called "Wild Bill Tattoo" and seems to get a lot of press in such area local programs as "Good Day Sacramento" and the "Armstrong and Getty" show. I have not seen any of their work, nor have a tattoo from them, but you can check if they have a website, and I did read a positive review so thay may be worth contacting.

London Tattoo, 332 Goswell street, Angel Islington, EC1V 7LQ it is precise around the nook from the Angel tube station. i have been tattooed there and they are spectacular!!! they are so accomodating. they're going to draw you a layout to precisely the way you want. they often value £80 an hour, a lot less for smaller products. solid success!
