HELP What is Miche's Animation converter For the Sims 2? Am I the ONLY one who doesn't understand this?

I saw a amazing sims 2 video today wow it was so great and the maker made their sims kneel down and cry and they did all kinda movements Id never seen my sims do. I found out after they had used Miche's animation converter, When I looked into it I realised it made no sense to me :( Its such a shame as with this programme it seems you can mould your sims to move any which way! AM I SO DAFT? does anyone understand this? xxx

First I have heard of this, but the modders are doing amazing things. Maybe the website or the creater of the program can help you. There should be a forum for users.
