Mr What is on the right track but wire mesh won't hold concrete; it would just crumble apart.

You need steel RE-BAR to hold the concrete and steel mesh for only the fine detailed shapes.

Talk to a mason worker (yellow pages) for more info rather than posting a question on yahoo answers under zoology.

A 30ft waterfall isn't typically a DIY project epically if you want to have people walk under it (which would be a neat touch to a mini golf course).

You can take wire mesh and mold it to the shape you want then take concrete and cover it. this is how thte pros do it.
