ok i posted this question 2 days ago. i forwarded the ports and i triggerd the ports ive turned off the routers fire wall and added it to my exceppitons list on windows...nothing works yet.i cant get it to work on my laptop. i cant even get it to work on my pc
Again i am using a Dell inspiron 2650 laptop with a linksys wireless g card and a linksys wrt54g wireless router with high speed cable modem and internet. my pc that also is hooked up to the router is a north gate innovations.
I unhooked my router and plugged the ethernet connection into both my computers and ares works perfectly. so i know its the router..... please help me im in a bad jam!!!!

did you use the default port # of 32285?

bypass to the start menu, then Run. style cmd and press enter. A command instantaneous will seem. style in: ipconfig /all that's going to record your community adapter, and all different networking assistance. Then style: ipconfig /launch that's going to take a 2d, and the command instantaneous will seem back. style in: ipconfig /renew Restart your pc, and observe in case you'll get in. The default username/login and password for Linksys routers is admin. enter that for both your login and password.

you need to setup correct port
