hey all. I was looking online for a xbox 360 for me but then I saw the graphics for ps3 but then I saw how the wii plays and now im really lost. The wii seems to be more of a system to bring to parties cuzz of the controller, ps3 seems to be more for the graphical gamers, and the xbox 360 is for the hardcore gamers who luv online play and updating their weapons, maps, and more. I am thinking about buying a xbox 360 because of lost planet and halo 3. and the fact that it's only $400 versus ps3's $600 makes it more worth buying. am I on the right thinking path cuzz I want a 360 but dont wat to loose out on alot of things. I know about the online fees.

This may be a little bit of a biased answer, but hey, any answer you get to this question is gonna be. I'd go with the 360 for now. I have one myself, and couldn't be happier. 360 has Gears of War, Xbox Live Arcade, PGR3 is still one of the best games on LIVE, and 360 also has the most downloadable content right now. In EGM's most recent issue where they reviewed all the PS3 and Wii games, PS3 was favored least out of all systems, 360 and Wii are battling right now for first. There are currently only 12 games out for PS3 and only 4 feature online play. Also throw the fact that only 4 are first party titles and you have the recipe for a big pass on the PS3. Buy a Wii AND a 360 for the same price as a PS3.

I say go with the wii. Its cheap yet its innovative. The ps3 and the xbox 360 offer the same thing every year... they are copy cats and nothing more. I am a Nintendo fan myself. I stuck with nintendo since I was old enough to play games. Why? Because Nintendo was the original best gaming system after atari but we all knew that wasnt gonna last. But in any case Nintendo Is the thought and developement in every single game you know... from Halo's predicessor (golden eye 007) and all other first person shooters to Final Fantasy and all other Rpgs. bottom line Nintendo has never let me down.

the wii my freind is the only way to go,ps3 and xbox may have substantal memory and graphics but so does the wii plus it has a new never before seen type of gameplay and stretches the limits in gaming history.
it has the same memory compatibility of an expensive laptop, stores films,music and pics and has internet access that doesnt cost a penny.
you can buy whole games like mario 64 for about £3-£5 and create avatars to represent anyone and everyone you know.

Please dont waste your money on the PS3 yet. We were juggling if we wanted XBox 360 or PS3. Since my boyfriend works at Circuit City, we were able to play the PS3 in-store. IT'S NOTHING BUT A PS2 W/ BETTER INTERNET CAPABILITIES AND MEMORY. The graphics sucked. If I were you, I'd opt for the 360 barnone!!
