I have to write an essay connecting Nietzsche's "The Gay Science" and Kierkegaard's "Fear and Trembling" in a balance way, but I have complete and utter writer's block! I understand the concepts, but any help connecting the ideas in these two texts would be great help, and helping me with a thesis would be better! Thanks!

Draw a line down the middle of a piece of paper and list the many aspects of Nietzsche in one column and Kierkegaard in the other. Start drawing the connecting lines (similarities or opposites) when the list is finished.
I'm sure this will get you started.
