The rotation plan is for AC units to rotate deployments ever 3 years and the RC to rotate every 6 years.

Now that they have "re-interpreted" the rules, it should actually stabilize some of us.

Like, I know, although I'm in Iraq right now, that I will be back in this theater in 2013. I can plan that with my family and have everything ready. Most units will have that same plan.

So, I guess to answer your question, it is possible for a life long soldier to deploy to CENTCOM at least 7 times as an AC soldier and at least 4 times as an RC soldier.

The Pentagon announced yesterday that they are lifting the deployment limits.

In other words, there is now no limit to the number of times a soldier can get sent back to the war.

Additionally, many enlistees are being held against their will under the "stop-loss" program, which prevents them from going home after their enlistment contract is completed.

When you join our armed forces, you give up your rights to contract. That's been proven by history and is self-evident today. All you have to do is notice that Bush extended the tours of duty of many of the soldiers and wouldn't even let them out of the service despite the fact that they were eligible to retire and should have been able to. Also go back in history and you will see that our government did not keep its promises to our citizen soldiers and when those same soldiers marched on Washington to demand their promised benefits, they were fired upon! (With live ammunition). Where is our government's loyalty to its Citizens?

How can our government justify its statement that the US is a Nation of Laws and then proceed to break every one of those laws at any time it wants?

Please join Citizens Protecting Your Rights in sending pink postcards to our elected/appointed officials letting them know that their illegal business as usual will no longer be tolerated!
We have numerous groups across the country participating in this patriotic campaign and would appreciate your help.

Citizens Protecting Your Rights is a non-profit, unfunded organization that depends on the volunteer efforts of citizens to ensure that our laws are enforced, our Constitution is upheld and that our elected and appointed officials uphold their oaths of office. Our current campaign is a pink postcard campaign. We are asking everyone to send pink postcards to all their elected and/or appointed officials who are not doing their jobs. Those postcards say: "You're Fired". Everyone is free to word their postcards however they wish but we'd like 12 to 20 million American Citizens to stand up and be counted and let our officials know that bad business as usual will not be tolerated.

Here is what our postcards say:

For failure to uphold your oath of office and the laws of the land;
For failure to uphold the Constitution of the United States of America;
For failure to keep our borders secure from all enemies Foreign and Domestic and
For failure to enforce the laws against illegal aliens, and those who hire, harbor and help them, and giving illegal aliens preferential treatment...
You're fired!!!!
We demand that your paycheck be confiscated and used to pay back our social security. Any balance remaining should be used to pay off the national debt.

You may copy our wording. Highlight the information in this e-mail, do a control C and then in your open document do a control V which will paste that wording onto your document.

We have pink postcards available. Each person is required to pay their own 24 cent postage per card.

Get it through your head! Bush is King! Did he or did he not cause hurricane Katrina? I saw reports that said it was his fault and it was from liberal sources so it's true!

I've even heard that with a twitch of his nose he can have YOU slaughtered for asking questions about him.
