I think if the biological mother/father were to never come back to haunt them, they might.
There is better publicity in international adoptions, but American adoptions can get messy when the biological parents come back to demand "their" baby/child back.

It's no secret although the news rags don't cover it, but Angelina is not exactly a mentally and emotionally stable person. I have to wonder if she COULD adopt a child in the US without a lot of money passing under the table.
Madonna is a publicity whore that has seen her 15 minutes of fame come and go a long, long time ago. She seen the adoption bandwagon as way to gain personal publicity for herself and that's all. Not exactly a stable person either. Would she adopt a white kid? No, she prefers to steal them from third world countries.

Healthy white babies (especially in the US) are in demand and don't really have a problem getting adopted like babies of other races. I think if there's any problem with Angelina and Madonna is that they didn't adopt a baby from the US, not that they didn't adopt a white baby. It's possible they would adopt a poor white kid as long as they found the kid in another country.

Sure, if they would be cute. But they just don't go there to find cute kids. For obvious reasons.
But the truth is that adoption is not a charity. People never, well hardly ever, adopt to help the child out. They adopt because they feel they need to be parents to a child.
I don't find their adoption practices very bad. On the contrary, I think since they are role models, they promote racial and national tolerance. They are fighting towards true diversity.

Hard to say, but do you think people in trailer parks would be willing to give up their children? They already have food, clothing and shelter. I think you might be asking the wrong question or at least, don't know or understand their adoption choices.

I heard that she won't be able to undertake in US because she replaced right into a cutter once. i'm guessing this may pose a stability psychological difficulty?? besides, i'm also assuming the redtape to undertake a noncaucasion toddler is amazingly very low and also you may "get" that child immediately. (truly if you're a. Jolie)

No way!!! It's not as good for PR as adopting an orphan from an poor country. God knows there are enough children in THIS country that need to be adopted!!!!
