According to the BMI, you are. Unless your extremely big boned or have a lot of muscle mass. I'm 5'9" and weight 172.. I work out daily and run 6 days a week.. 53 yrs. old. Have been doing this for 30 + yrs. My BMI would put me overweight too.

I'm 5'8" and weigh 180, and I look just fine. I work out almost every day though, and muscle weighs more than fat. I still wouldn't mind losing a few and getting to 170. My guess is you could probably drop a few pounds, but 20 seems like a lot. Your build has a lot to do with it too. Having broad shoulders is going to add a lot to your weight. If you are happy with how you look, then that's what matters. Lie about your weight if you want.
