I'm currently in high school in Ontario, Canada, and I'm looking to go to University in Japan, but I have no idea how to go about doing this, although I know it's possible. Can anyone fill me in or offer suggestions for good Universities or, really anything. Thanks for your help.

Are you fluent in Japanese speaking, reading and writing? If so you can apply for any universities you want. If you are not so fluent in Japanese, you can apply for Sophia University. This is a good university and famous for offering classes in both English and Japanese.

Good Luck!

Ouch. Unless you are absolutely FLUENT in Japanese, I wouldn't go to a japanese university. The depth of kanji used there is simply boggling.
