I would suggest to be more specific with inquiries so that you will get better answers. If you are looking for 5k pesos a month, then that will be very unlikely to find one in the area you wish.
But if it is in us dollars, then you will have more choices.

goodluck in trying to find an apartment with your budget,and one more thing there are no apartments in that area only hotels,if you want you can go around mabini area (that's in manila,too) maybe you can find within your budget.
