The thing posted about the. Scots, Welsh and Irish, was a bit of fun. No matter, it shows how serious people can be. Take life as it comes. AND by the way my grammar is quite gud.

Ah, the question may have been a bit of fun BUT it was put in a sensible and (almost) serious way.
Your grammar? Yes I agree it is quite gud (colloquialism?), and to one of the previous answerers, a sentence CAN be started with 'and'.
The sentence was written in a personal way and, as such, can suspend the rules of FORMAL writing.
AND, (lol - I believe the term is), if you wish to know what makes me think I'm qualified to make this statement, perhaps the 5 novels I have had published along with the the various accomplishments whilst studying for 2 degrees and the Doctorate that I hold give some credence to my opinion!

I agree and knew it was a joke. My response was also a joke. I think it's crazy that we supposedly all hate each other when we are all from the same island and could work together to make it better.
But still, I just can't resist a bit of old-fashioned Scot-baiting.
I can't see much wrong with your grammar but some people have their heads up their anuses and have a burning need to feel superior. They're probably Scottish!! (No, hang on, Scots are thick. Welsh?? Ditto. Hmm......)

Gud grief!, I missed the one about the Scots, Welsh and Irish, ya-ya of course it was fun. Now you peeked my curiosity and yes, I do mean (peeked), as in I want to peek back and find it. This freaks some out that want me to use (piqued), which to me has always felt aggressive in nature. I agree with you in some cases.

I know! I got a violation for posting this "LOL". I mean how come I get a violation for answering a question with "LOL"? Apparently the reason it was a violation was because it was an insult to other Yahoo answers people!!! OMG! WTF! Some people are sooooooooooooooooooooooooo sad!
