The wheel. The biggest part of everything else invented had wheels of some sort on it ,or in it ,or in its working parts.
Next to the wheel, I would vote for electricity. Without it the whole world would come to a screeching halt. Even gasoline engines must have electricity to run them.

i think the cell phone, because it is good if you get into an accident or your car breaks down or something, but then again alot of cell phones cause alot of accidents soo.... i dont know thats a pretty good question
