It's because they are on X, which causes users to want to suck. I think they also makes them think it looks cool.
When I was in high school I had a friend who said to me, "here comes so-and-so, act like you're stoned." Needless to say, I did not remain friends with her much longer. But for some reason, to adolescents, drug use = cool.

Because they never grew up? How embarrassing is it to do that! Is this suppose to be intimating? I think they probably look very silly. Who are their following...CRAWLING BABIES?
