hrm.. you can check at money changers. but they normally come by a mini van. they should roughly cost 40 RM without hotels.

Alor Setar has an airport.
But, i dont think there is a shuttle bus to hatyai.
However, u can a take a taxi to go to hadyai.
no shuttle bus or van unless near the thailand border.

First of all, Alor Star is in Malaysia which located near to Kuala Lumpur, and Hatyai is a city in Thailand.
Second, Alor Star do not have any airport.

they provide everything, go to information counter or there is a notice board where all the hotels or travel agent advertise.
