No I dont want to take them out for an interview.. Im an extremely fast healer they will close in a matter of hours.. besides if they cant hire me biased on piercings I dont want to work there.

Try a hip clothing store or a music store, and of course a tattoo or piercing place!

Well, this is the world you live in, and lots of employers don't want to see piecings and funny looking hair and clothes. These people are about business and making money - something which YOU want a job for, too. Looking presentable is important to them because they want to present a certain image for their targeted customers. These people consider piercings, tattoos and such as giving the wrong image, and they may drive away customers. Some jobs don't care too much about these things like bartenders, landscaping, loading docks, certain kinds of clothing shops or music stores... But in many places where you're dealing with the public or with health or human services, they typically frown on the piercings and such. You can bite the bullet and get your job, or you can be immature about it and be on welfare.

The waitress that served us dinner at Ruby Tuesday last night had a pierced nose and a stud right below her lower lip- so obviously her manager didn't have an issue with piercings. The studs in both cases were really tiny, but easy enough to see even in low lighting.

for real, jobs that don't allow facial piercings are lame!! you could work at a record store, a tattoo shop, a salon, or alternative clothing stores (urban, hot topic, etc..) also, lots of casual atmosphere office jobs (where you won't have to face customers) shouldn't care. when you go to an interview anywhere though, instead of assuming their opinion on the piercings, ask them if it's a problem and if they say yes, assure them that your facial piercings don't affect your work ethic. i dunno... =)
