i got a problem with my legs, i got some kind of black dots, when i shave their is like black dots on my legs, sometimes i use the tweezer but it doesnt work, they still noticable, can you tell me something that might work for it

try laser hair removal. this permanently kills the hair and its follicle. after a series of treatments (your hair grows in 28 day cycles) you will notice that those black spots will be gone when you have permanently removed all the hair

Scrub your legs with a really GOOD loofa. What you are seen are the cuticles from the hair shafts.
