I would like to know how you can tell the difference between a fake and a real coach purse if they look exactly the same, even with the inside tags and outside hang tag. Thanks alot.

The "C" signature looks like a G in some cases.
Usually I can also tell if a bag is a fake if the straps are kind of thin and slight, and the hardware is scuffed. A real coach purse has strong, good quality straps and shiny durable hardware. Also if there is a buckle, look to see if it is embossed with the name. Usually the fakes don't go to that much detail, but I have seen some good fakes.

can provide clues on whether the designer handbags are fakes or not. Be alert for things like labels, tags, identity cards and even dustboxes as they may sometimes reveal what the bag itself cannot.

The color. Real Coach bags are dark and rich in color. The fake Coach bags are light and cheesy looking. A real Coach bag will last you for years a fake one only a couple of months.

It has something to do with the shape and orientation of the C's on the bag. If you want to get details, next time you're at the airport ask a Customs and Border Protection officer. They're trained to spot the fakes because it's illegal to import merchandise bearing a counterfeit mark.

if you look really closely you can see that the C's are completely different from the real coach purses. you could always take it to a near coach store and ask if its real.

A HUGE giveaway is the price. Knock-offs are always way, way cheaper than the real thing. This seems to be the standard in how these things work. Good luck!

the C's face different ways on the fake than on the regular. check the website to get a pic of a real one. then compare it to a fake.

The bar code has something spiecal about it...my mother got cheated and she found out that it was a fake...she got a real one for X-mas
