How long does it take to get to Portugal from Ireland by plane??

Assuming you are flying from Dublin, to northern Portugal 2hrs 30 mins and upto 3hrs for the furthest place away excluding the island of madeira which is probably around th 4hrs mark as it is off the african coast,
If you fly with Ryanair, they usually fly (and on the ground) fast and get there before schedualed time usualy.
Take off 20 mins for 'actual' flying times, not gate to gate times as quoted above.

It would depend on which cities you were flying.
Dublin to Lisbon is 2hrs 40 mins.

depending on the wind direction, approx 2.5 hours
