I have had a gym membership for a while, but i havn't used it regulary enough! I'm not over weight, infact im of a slim build. How long should it take me to get my abs, pecs and arms toned up? And how many times a week should i go down the gym?

Go 4xs a week you should see results in 2mths.

If you are serious go ATLEAST 3x a week every other day resting on the weekends ( if you want ) you should see good results ( if your work out plan is good ) in 3 weeks. Good luck!

couple times a week should do will take about three months before u notice any difference
