Britney Spears is a fad.. just like Nsync, Backstreet Boys. The only ones to emerge from the pop tart group are Justin Timberlake as a solo artist and Christina Aguilera, but they each have had some critically acclaimed, mature content.
Britney Spears is washed up. She's done.

Unless she can re-invent herself, yes. As a single mom in her 20s who forgets to wear panties under her too short skirts it will be hard for her to appeal to her former fan base of pre-teen girls and adolescent boys. If she can get some more substantive songs with musical quality she might be able to reach an older audience. She never had much of a voice so she isn't going to make it on that alone. I'd guess that her new album will much the same as her other ones and will quietly die as will her career. Put a fork in her she's done!

Alot of people think that she will not make a comeback into the music industry because of all the bad publicity she has been getting(K-Fed split, partying with Paris) but I think she can do it. She just has the shock factor and you never know what she's going to do next. I think that being a single mom with two kids will allow her to be stronger and independent and that will show in her music. Who knows, she might even win a Grammy with her new album.

from u`r question i realised u are a fan of hers...Actually her career is not over...She is working on a new album, only that in the last couple of weeks she had problems with the custody of her children `cause K-Fed(her ex-hustband if u didn`t know) has all the chances to keep them because her latest alcoohol problems and especially after the New Years Eve when she felt `cause she was too drunk!if u are lucky she will realease her new album as soon as posible!

I certainly hope so. She's a "has been" and living in a complete state of denial thinking that anyone thinks she can sing and produces quality music. The whole strupidity with her quickie marriage and divorce and then her marriage to that freeloading wigger Federline was the nail that sealed her own coffin. Remove all of the audio special effects and dubbings from her music and you will see just how bad she sucks at singing.
