It's normal for boas and other snakes to stop eating during the cold season, which is now.
You have nothing to worry about, he can go for much longer than a month without food. Keep offering him a warm, frozen/thawed rat every other week. Once the weather warms up, his appetite should be sufficiently stimulated for him to want to eat. It may be another couple months before he eats again, so try not to stress out. He'll be fine, this is normal behaviour, unless you just changed the food item (ie used to feed him mice but now are trying to feed him rats) in which case he may refuse.
You can try increasing his cage temperature and making sure his cage is very humid if you want to stimulate his appetite.

a month is attending to that factor the position there should be something incorrect. i ought to go again to the guy or keep you obtain it from first and get some coaching like the in simple terms proper time it had ate, what type of foodstuff they fed it, how commonly they fed it, etc. also examine your temperatures and make confident it truly is genuine. even if it truly is in simple terms too chilly it could be going right into a hibernation. A vet or different professional should be yet another or very last selection.

Snakes can be very fickle. If he doesnt like its smell he wont eat it. If its too cold he wont eat it. If he doesnt like the way it looks he wont eat it and if hes not hungry he.....

Try getting another rat, also try a mouse instead. If he still wont eat in two weeks ask a vet.
