when i asked a genuine question for any little bit of info on here why do small minded people like "mellisa me" answer with small minded replies, do people really think that other ppls misfortunes are up for ridicule ?, but thank you to all others for your GENUINE replies

people always like to feel important and they know that the worst someone can do to you on the Internet is be nasty right back . Please understand that when you ask questions you are opening yourself up to criticism. Also before you ask a question think to yourself "what will people say?" not many people will know who broke into our house and that people that do probably won't tell you because it will get them in trouble. Anyway, just pretend said person is very ugly and that will make you feel better

According to you, you asked "genuine question for any little bit of info" you asked to me what looks like joke answers and in repose you got joke answer or answers off annoyed people.

you get what you received is true in you case.

we all get small minded answers and many have asked the question you are asking.
but are you justified to ask such a question? are you only after a bit of sympathy? do you have the right to slander "millisa me"?
"answer with small minded replies" maybe that should be change to 'ask with small minded questions'

don't preach to what your guilty of
no nobody deserved to be ridiculed but are you not doing that with such phrases as "small Minded" and naming names.

For lots of reasons.....they are small-minded, they get fun out of it, they had a real reason to be upset with what you said etc etc.

Maybe you shouldn't pay attention to the people who come back with these type of answers, but you have to realise that's what happens on this type of site. If you don't want rude answers then don't post questions. I don't mean to sound rude, it would be nice to get genuine, decent answers but life isn't that simple.

I know what you mean.

They either experience a disconnect, forgetting real people are behind these questions, or they go on the internet to be mean because they're too wimpy to say what they think in real life.

some people are just miserable for no apparent reason. their lives suck and the internet is a place to vent. look at all of these "liberal" this and that comment made by the pissed off 'right wingers' they are some very angry folk.

Yeah it can be hurtful. All you need to do is report them for abuse. There is no need for it and I can see how one small minded message can ruin a persons day.
