im lvl 19 and i cant do anythin cuz i lost armor and everything... no money, just a bank ful of noob crap... earlier i got hacked off a lvl 30 account and i cant do anything,... no quests no money makin... can sum1please gimme sum advice?

I would start mining. At the lower levels, it doesn't take long to level up to at least iron. You can smelt it and then sell for money. As you get higher, coal is a good money maker. Or if you like woodcutting you can do the same with that.
Most importantly, you need to figure out why you are getting hacked so often. Small things like setting security questions and not sharing passwords help keep your character yours.
