No. Some people define success as having money and/or power. I think success is when you are happy or satisfied with what you've done. For me it means feeling that I have done or am doing what I was created to do. Not necessarily what I want to do. There are lots of people out there who are rich and powerful. Are they successful? That is up to them to decide. Some of them would say no.

No, I think success means different things to different people. For me success means that I have lived a life of integrity. I believe in treating people right and being a good person. To me that is success and most people are not successful.

Success for a shy person might be in attending a social function and staying all the way through instead of going home early or not going at all.
Success for a research scientist might be finding that new vaccine or medicine for a previously untreatable disease.
Success for someone after a car accident might be in walking again without support.
Success definitely means different things to different people.

There is also a success which is to Obay the Commands of the GOD ( Allah ). Become Muslim and Its a promise of stranger you will feel a calm and beauty in your life.

As an accurate definition I would say success is achieving what you set out to achieve.
Personally I would say if you can look in the mirror and naturally smile every day you are succesfull.
I have a roof over my head a beautiful wife and two beautiful girls I smile every day.

My definition of success is to accomplish what you have set out to do. Another way to put it is to set and achieve goals. For each person success to them will be a little different than it will be for another person.
