If I should what is the best technique?I'm afraid since I have a lot of hair it might look too funky...HELP!! I would some opinions from guys too. Is that look of the lowlights too trendy to pull off at 29?

i've never used a lowlight kit, but i tried a hilight kit and the results were horrible!!! the kit comes with a wand type thing and claims that you can easily just streak it on... wrong! it's very difficult to do a good job. you end up with clumps of dye at the top of your head and nothing at the tips. if you have a friend who you trust to do it for you, let them do it. they'll probably do a better job because they can see all around your head. i think your blonde hair is really beautiful and i'd hate to see you mess it up.

Hello, I think that you would look much younger and not so brassy if you went darker all over. You need more than low lights, maybe even a honey blond with auburn. You have nice hair but the color is on the fake side, you would be surprised at how much younger you can look with the right color. Go with the salon that you are used to going to. Just keep the cheap products away from your hair...Good Luck...

No, I think you'll look great with lowlights.
I 've never used a kit to do my own lowlights, so I couldn't recommend it. If I were you, I'd get a professional to do it for you. They can help you decide on the colours you want to help compliment your skin tone etc.

You have a beautiful complexion with amazing hair to match. Lowlights help create a vibrant hair color that brings out your skin tone and eye color. I think it is great as it is now, however, because of the amount of hair you have, it could be complicated and a mistake could be very costly in time and processes.

I think it would look good. I put lowlights in my moms hair & she just turned 40. So your not too old for it.

Go for it. You can always fix it, and it's just hair. Just do very thin streaks, and it should look natural. Don't leave it on too long either, but other than that, just do it and have fun with it. And you're never too old to do something like that. My mom's in her 50's and she still does stuff like that.
