Can anyone advise me how do I do if I found out that my monthly retirement (403K) money was not deposited in my account in the Mutual Fund comany. I have been contacted them for two months and get no answer. I can't find the corporate address for that company. Where should I file a complaint? The company is called Fidelity Investment. Thank you so much for all your help. It is very frustrated !!

Look for the "contact us" on the link below. However, with a 403, you are in a non-profit. Non-profits are notorious for not making contributions (pleased as punch to take them though). You might check closer to home and see if your place has paid Fidelity.

Fidelity didn't do it...it was your employer that failed to deposit the money or gave Fidelity the wrong account number. Contact your HR department or whomever is responsible for payroll if your employer is not big enough for an HR dept. They should be able to figure it out in 5 minutes and get it fixed in a few days.

Fidelity was hired to recordkeep the 401(k) or 403(b) plan by your employer...the do exactly what your employer tells them to do...and the old addage "garbage in - garbage out" is 100% applicable. And, since they are hired by your employer and not you, they won't do anything unless your employer asks them to and says they are willing to pay Fidelity to figure it out.

There is no such thing as a 403K, there are 401K's and 403B's. You can call Fidelity's retirement division on your statement and they will track the problem for you. Depending on your employer's plan, they may deduct from you monthly and only invest it quarterly.
