When blacky tells me that i put his ancestors through 300+ years of slavery, what should i tell him since:
1, i was born a LONG time after and had nothing to do with it.
2, none of my family had anything to do with it because they immigrated here from europe not more than 40 years ago.

What I'm trying to say is, (and I don't use terms like blacky, ever.) if its not ok to clump all black ppl into one group, or single them out and tell them to go back to where they came from, etc... then it shouldnt be ok for all white ppl to be clumped in to categories such as 'whitey' when most of the people that compose the populations of canada and the usa these days come from elsewhere and had nothing to do with the way blacks were treated because many of them never even came in contact with blacks until they arrived in north america.
