Your body cycles can be affected by so many variables. Yes, women can ovulate at any time. The only thing you can count on is that it is not a definate science. We have guidelines as to what it should be....but nature is still the boss. I have a friend who got pregnant during her period. I also had a patient once that the doc figured she ovulated twice. It is a bizarre, unpredictable science.

Yes it is possible. When you think about the ovulation time, figure out what day your NEXT period will be on, and then count back 14-16 days. This will give you your ovulation time. I had my period on the 19th of December and my ovulation time was around the 30-2 of January. Remember too that you don't have to have sex on the ovulation day to get pregnant, sperm stays alive in your body for 3-5 days afterward!!!

Medical books say 14days after first day of menstration = ovulation but that is just a guide as everyone is different. tha best way to find out your ovulation date is to take an ovulation test or ovulation monitor and these can be bought at www.newbabyjubilee.com (click on Shopping).

Definitely possible! 14 days is just an average. It took me forever to get pregnant. Then I realized I was ovulating about 1 week before my period.

I ovulated and got pregnant either the last day or the day after my period.
You can ovulate whenever your body wants to. There is no set time. Its not like someone polices it or something.

Yes it is extremly possible. It all depends on what is normal for you. But also you can have what seems to be fertile signs for several days in a row. Charting your Basal Body Tempetature will help you to know for sure when your time is right.
