You're at a healthy weight.
It's not really about should you lose weight or not, weight doesn't always dictate your body type or what you look like. You just have to be happy with who you are.

The trick is to improve your health. Eat more healthy foods.- fruits, vegetables, and whole grains.-and not very much of anything else. Get a little more exercise,- walking is good. Probably take a few supplements, either in pill form or in the form of concentrated foods, like nutritional yeast, carrot juice. Use a real salt, one which contains the trace minerals, like REAL SALT or CELTIC SEA SALT.

You are in normal range. Don't lose, just tone
I am 5'9. I entered basic training at 155 size 12, and left it at 154 size 8.
If you are feeling "flabby" tone up. That weight is normal.

You are taller than the average female, and for your height your weight is good. I don't think you need to lose any, but if you want, you can just tone up by doing light weight-training and resistance workouts.

I think your weight is normal for your height. Your weight doesn't necessarily mean your fat compared to your height. You could have large muscle weight and so on.
I am 22, 125lbs and I am only 5 ft!

Well I want to gain weight....but you seem fine I have many friends that are 5'4 and such and weigh in their 150's and they look fine...so your weight isnormal I guess....but if you feel self-conscience about a specific area just work on that....besides that you should be fine....

I think that sounds fine and healthy. Just be sure you watch your caloric intake, don't eat junk food, exercise and eat foods that are high in fiber and have all the daily requirements. You can't go wrong with that.

nope because your height and your weight balance out. Plus you're 22 i think you can make that sort of decision on your own.
