Chevelle. And yes they are a rock band although it sounds like a car. Oh and you might not be into the screaming stuff, but if you are than listen to Underoath.

It depends on what kind of music you listen. I listen to mostly like hard or hardcore punk stuff like that so to me i like bands like avenged sevenfold, three days grace, linkin park,evans blue, lacuna coil, atreyu, you know stuff like that. But the red hot chili peppers or like cold play is good if your looking for softer stuff.
