The Bears should win for the obvious reasons. Home field and one of the best defenses in the NFL. However if Rex does not step it up there will be an upset. After all the Seahawks are a team that knows how to get the the big game.

REX GROSSMAN will be the fate of the bears either way... the BEAR ARE THE LUCKIEST TEAM IN THE NFL... how many of their wins should've been losses???? at least 3 that i can think of OFF HAND!!! if you think about it that way.. they shouldn't even have gotten this far... but i do agree that they will win, the D will hold the seahawks to under 20 points, so hopefully Rex and the rest of the team can score at least a couple TD's....

it doesn't really matter who wins because the Saint will win this week and play them next week and KILL THE BEARS by 2 TD's...

SAINTS AND CHARGERS IN THE SUPERBOWL... SAINTS WILL WIN BY A FIELD GOAL!!!

(Copying and Pasting from another posting I just responded to)

The Seahaks lost the first meeting between these two quite handily.. and there were several factors that contributed to that result.

1. Alexander was injured
2. Stevens was injured
3. Branch was just signed thus a non factor
4. Grossman had one of his best games of the year
5. the Bears D was completly healthy
6. The O-line hadn't been healthy for the 'Hawks yet

This time: Alexander is healthy, Stevens is healthy AND holding onto the ball, Branch has been integrated, Grossman has started playing to his ability (as in not much), the Bears D is slightly injured and beat up.

The only factor that remains from before is the 'Hawks O-line, which to me will be the deciding factor in this game. If the line can create holes for Alexander and give Hasselbeck time to throw the 'Hawks will win the game!

The other factor that was here that wasn't here last time is the 'Hawks secondary. Everyone knows the problems there, however, in my opinion Jennings isn't much of a drop off from our two starts; I really would rather have seen him earlier in the year. But there's no doubt its decimated. Again, if the O-line for the 'Hawks holds up and keeps the offense on the field then our secondary on D will be less of a factor.

Another thing to mention is Hasselbeck has been dying to get another chance at the Bears. He knows he tried to force things due to injuries and made huge mistakes last time.. that hunger for another chance will be big, Matt is to smart of a player to make the same mistakes twice.

All that said, my prediction is:

Seahawks 34
Bears 17

Go 'Hawks!!!!!!

The Bears will win. The question is by how much? I say
Bears 23 Seahawks 10.

Rex will have a very high percentage game plan called which will not allow him to make mistakes.

The Bears defense will win the battle of field postion as they so often do giving Rex a short field.

The Bears will be able to handle the Hawks at home. I don't think the Bears defense will get them to the Super Bowl because they aren;t playing like they were at the beginning of the season because of all the injuries, but they will be able to beat the seahawks.
