We have a little girl in our preschool named Eliana. She pronounces her name: El-E-Anha.
We call her Elly for short.

It's a beautiful name. I would pronounce it as Ellie AHN ah or Ellie ANNE ah. It sounds great either way. If you are interested in variants, I have also seen the name spelled with an "i" instead of an "e" as the first letter. I like your way better though.

I think it's very pretty. It looks to me as if it would be pronounced E (long E sound) Lee-ah-na.

I love it. It's one of my favorite names because I love Ella and thats sooooooo popular. You could either pronounce it Ellie-Anna or Ellie-Ahna, it depends what you like better. I also like it spelled Elliana with two L's.

Frankly if you can't pronounce it why would you want to name your child it? For the rest of the her life she will have to tell people how to pronounce it, spell it and explain it. Do you really want to do that to her?
