acutely you can't stop it it's to easy to send e-mail using some ones domain name like if i wanted to i could send a mail stating i am Eda M @walmart.com your domain name is so easy to access, i dose not mean your hacked it means someone is trying, to find a valid e-mail address in that domain. trying calling your server company and have them, turn off your catch all e-mail name so that you won't get those e-mails any more

This depends upon how the spammers are utilizing your domain name.

If the spammers are using your domain is host to relay spam: Your 3rd part host or yourself (if your hosting your own domain) will need to 'turn off' the mail relay portion of the mail server associated with your domain. This will stop any mail from being 'relayed' through your domain.

If the spammers are 'spoofing' the domain name in order to 'fool' spam filters then you have a much more difficult road ahead. In this case you will need to contact the companies sending the email (which may not be possible) and the companies the emails are being sent for and tell them to stop using your domain or you will seek legal action against them. If they don't stop, then you'll need to find an attorney to assist you in this. You will probably need to file these lawsuits in the same state/county where your domain is being host as they will have jursidiction. However, if the spam is happening from overseas.. well... it's really gonna be tough to stop.

Good luck and I hope this helps!

Someone is using your domain name... to send bulk email. Your domain name... is sending email? Well, guess you can't do anything to stop that, then. Spoofed emails can be sent "from" any domain name.

try scanning the computer or server thats running off that domain for spyware, adware, and viruses. That is most likely the culprit.
