I haven't decided if I like it or not yet...I'm leaning toward yes. I'm not really all that big on pop music, but it's catchy. You know, I think it's mostly that she seems like she's having a lot of fun with this album, and fun is infectious. But maybe I get to see more of that stuff since I live in the Orange County area.
One thing you have to say about Gwen, she definitely has a feel for a hit and what will appeal to the audience her solo stuff is really targeted at. And, given the exposure she gets, is very good at keeping her sound and look fresh.
I do like her much better with No Doubt though, can't wait to see what they come up with for their next album. Rumor has it they're in the studio...

I liked her style much better when she was with No Doubt. Her music had more substance. She's seemed to have let the glamour get to her a little now.

I think she's a sell out. I liked her better with her belly shirts and ska/punk music when she was in No Doubt. Her voice is made for that kind of music, not bubblegum pop music. She's in her mid thirties for cryin out loud!

i think she is heading towards to become new britney spears.....and the fact she had so many japanese girl because its gonna sale like a hot cakes in japan and china and all south east asian countries...well i think time has come for me to her in the bin and listen to some nice bunch of musicians who love what they do.............
