you can do it with Macromedia flash player.
you must install a pwd to fla (or swf ) convertor too.
you import your flash file after converting then you can publish (file >publish settings) a video file and make your vcd.

Not easily. You can create a "self-playing" standalone powerpoint file though.

Macromedia Flash 8 Professional can do it. You can download a 30 day eval copy from their website...BUT...Flash is a bear to learn from scratch.

Convert the slide into video using PPT2Video application from Wondershare. I truly have achieved this many many circumstances with out any project in any way. the finished article is concepts-blowing.

I have not tried. But I dont think it is possible. {(.pps) files may run as movies.}
