Well, I'm a hardcore Heels fan, so of course I think they can win it all!
Several stipulations though.
More than half of the starters are Freshmen. As they learn from their mistakes (today being a big lesson), they'll kick major butt come March! And Coach Williams is not known for his lack of teaching; he'll shape and mold his boys over these next few weeks.
Tyler needs to bring the mentality with his game. Everytime he's not "in" the game in his mind, it shows (like a biatch, too) in his playing. Fumbling easy layups and terrible rebounding. He needs to release the inner "Psycho T" to really be a huge baller this year. But, he's also gotta see that when he lets the beast out, so does everyone else!
Wright is quickly becoming a force to be reckoned with. And you can see that in the last 5-7 games they've played! I wanna see Frasor hit more 3's; if he can sustain that spot, we'll be sweeter than pie, baby!!
UNC this season has the makings of becoming infamously great! They need to keep up their momentum when they're up and fight with their claws out when they've gotta come back into the game! If they do, many are gonna eat their words. ;D
Heels for 07!!! Oh yeah!

UNC has a shot at the national championship, but so do some other teams, such as Wisconsin. Wisconsin has depth, some tournament experience, and one of the best college players in the nation: Alando Tucker.

North Carolina could and probably will win this year, but they have to get their cohesion right.Hansborough still hasn't really dominated, but their bench is deep, and their freshmen, especially Brandan Wright, are special.I have a strong feeling that Ohio State, even though they have Oden, will be taken down hard at the end of the year.It wouldn't surprise me if Tennessee did it this weekend.

I think they can win it. They have a lot of raw talent and present match up problems for a lot of teams b/c of the athleticism they have.

Only if they play ranked teams. There's always an underdog that beats the tar heels.

In a video game maybe, because the video game's dont account for youth. UNC has NO experience and they will get pummeled in the NCAA tournament.

they have a lot of talent. I don't think they will go all the way though, but I do think they will do very well in the tourney.
