The military is expanding its special forces dramatically so that they can fight terrorism better. Will the military eventually become all special forces units if terrorism continues to persist?

That is both true and false. The SEALs have expanded their role to be considered more of a terrorism elite force than ever before. The other SF groups, I am not familiar with, we basically have the same ratio as far as "regular" soldiers but we have increased the number that are trained in anti-terrorism tactics.

I have heard nothing of the sort.. I know that Rumesfeld was a proponent for smaller, more tactical military units.. which is what we need in todays world.. because lets face it.. at this moment in a toe to toe old fashioned brawl no nation can stand against the US... that is why there is terrorism.. it works very well against that type of target... we are, however, very lacking in our ability to be precise and tactical with our attacks... and our intelligence is also lacking.. these are the greatest threats to our security here at home.. and solving those issues is what will make America safer.. NOT invading nations like Iraq with our large broad military.

Its impossible to train such a large body of men to become 'special forces', it defeats the entire purpose.
Bodies such as the Navy SEALS, and the British SAS, exist for specialist, often highly difficult situations. They compliment the army, but they couldnt bear the strain by themselves.
Besides, its a matter of cost

Nazee Akari is right...the war on terrorism is bogus. President Bush is orchestrating a Terror Campaign just so he can invade other countries.

It would be a good idea. We also need more intelligence to learn Arabic and Farsi, the degree to which we outsource translation is obscene.
