I never get sick and I do not eat boogers so I guess I do not have to eat them.

Maybe so, but so does not washing your hands or eating something that fell on the floor. . .
Your body builds up it's immune system when exposed to these everyday-germs. . .
There is no need to eat boogers!

I know that blowing your nose can help prevent sickness because all snot is is stuff that your nose hair caught before entering the lungs, like a filter. Picking your nose probably helps, but I doubt eating it would make any difference.

Yes that actually is true the more you eat your snot the higher risk it is for you to get sick its true guys!

Thats disgusting, all that is, is dried mucus, which is CAUSED from sickeness, its your body trying to flush out the bad, so I wouldnt recommend putting it back it.
