Maybe so, but so does not washing your hands or eating something that fell on the floor. . .
Your body builds up it's immune system when exposed to these everyday-germs. . .
There is no need to eat boogers!

I know that blowing your nose can help prevent sickness because all snot is is stuff that your nose hair caught before entering the lungs, like a filter. Picking your nose probably helps, but I doubt eating it would make any difference.

Thats disgusting, all that is, is dried mucus, which is CAUSED from sickeness, its your body trying to flush out the bad, so I wouldnt recommend putting it back it.
